Dr. Appointment Monday-Sonogram

This is the recent sono picture of baby Jacob...his profile and he is sucking him thumb!

We had the sonogram and the whole family was there to see Baby Jacob on the tv before he comes to greet us in person! Allison and Daddy Frank were playing guess the body parts. We couldn't see too much on the sonogram because he is so big now, but we got a little profile of him, and made sure his organs have been growing the way they are supposed to. He is doing great and we also double checked he is still a boy! The made a guess on his weight at this time which is currently at 6 pounds 11 ounces!!! Getting a little nervous now I didn't know he was so big!!! He's going to be a big boy if the measurements are accurate! We made a tenative date to schedule an induction on March 9th, I make sure that is the next at next week's appointment, but that could be little Jacob's birthday!!! Allison helped put the carseat in Mommy's car this week. She wanted his carseat closer to her than we were able to get. She's ready and we are ready for him to get here!!!! Just a couple more weeks!

Dr. Appointment February 10th, 35 weeks

Well everything is still great with Jacob. The doctor says hes curled in a ball only taking up the bottom portion of my belly. He needs to stretch out and utilize the little space he has. He's doing great though! I am going to the doctor's office weekly now and next Monday we have a sonogram! Maybe we'll get to see an estimate on how big the little man is. Allison is preparing herself for her brother and she knows he is coming very soon. She got concerned at naptime today and told her teacher and me that she couldn't remember the lullaby she knew to sing to Jacob. She's going to play a very important role!
Allison is growing up so fast! The other day we were sitting in the bookstore getting some phonics books to prepare for kindergarten and she picked one up, sounded out the words, and read her FIRST BOOK! Little Boogie is learning to read! I picked her up from school and she was infront of the class writing the word S-A-T on the board! Way to go ALLISON!!!! We are so proud of her and she is so proud of herself!
Hopefully this next week we can figure out how to put the sonogram pictures on here!

Till then, hope everything is going well! The Liang Family
